Chausey Seafaris
with Jersey Seafaris

A full-day RIB trip to the Chausey Archipelago, with a chance of dolphins and 5–6 hours to explore beaches, castle and lighthouse on foot.
Chausey Seafaris runs day trips to the Chausey Archipelago, a 45-minute RIB ride from Jersey and one of the Channel Islands' most remarkable natural areas. On the crossing, visitors may be lucky enough to spot the resident bottlenose dolphins.
At low tide the archipelago reveals 365 islands, while at high tide 52 remain above water, creating a constantly changing landscape of sandbanks, rocks and sheltered coves. A typical trip allows 5–6 hours to explore the area on foot: walking along the beaches, climbing to the historic castle, visiting the old semaphore station and seeing the lighthouse that stands over the Chausey Sound. The views shift with every step around the islands.
For lunch, there is a local restaurant serving seafood overlooking the Sound. For something more casual, visitors can bring their own picnic or pick up a fresh baguette from the local boulangerie, and eat with a view either way.
Because Chausey's tides are among the most dramatic in the world, trip times vary throughout the year. The latest schedule and availability are on the Chausey Seafaris website.
Full-day trip (8–9 hours): £104.99 for adults / £99.99 for children (under 16).
