Samphire's Cocktail Masterclass takes guests behind the bar for a hands-on experience that blends creativity, flavour and fun. In this tailored class, participants learn mixology skills while making three classic and innovative cocktails, and explore the history of spirits and techniques.

It suits cocktail enthusiasts keen to refine their skills as well as groups looking for a different way to celebrate with friends. Expect laughter, learning and a little friendly flair as guests create, and of course enjoy, their own drinks in the lively atmosphere of Samphire's stylish bar.

Each class is intimate and interactive, with small group sizes so that Samphire's bartenders can give personal guidance. The experience costs £65 per person, with a minimum of four and a maximum of eight guests, making it a good fit for birthdays, team evenings or an indulgent night out with friends.

Guests can stay for dinner afterwards and receive 10% off their à la carte meal when dining Tuesday to Thursday. A charcuterie or cheese board can also be added for £14 per person. The offer excludes November and December.
