Gin Distillery Experience

A three-hour hands-on workshop in St Helier where visitors distil, bottle and label their own bespoke gin or vodka to take home

La Côte Distillery is Jersey's grain to glass distillery, where gin is treated as an experience as well as a drink. At The Gin Lab, visitors become a distiller for the day, learn about spirits and create their own bespoke bottle of gin to take home, discovering the art, science and enjoyment behind gin and vodka.

From brewing to fermenting, distilling, bottling and labelling, La Côte Distillery has been providing grain to glass spirits to islanders for several years. Located in central St Helier, the distillery also offers a gin lab workshop, where participants spend the afternoon creating their own bespoke bottle of gin or vodka. Run by distillers Alex and Thea, who guide guests through the process of making their own craft spirit.

The distillery takes a hands-on approach with a commitment to craft. During the three-hour workshop, participants learn about alcohol production, taste a number of spirits, select botanicals for their gin, run their own still and design their label. Grazing boards are provided.
