> Mindful pilgrimage walks among Jersey's standing stones, dolmens and monastic sites, guided by Amanda Bond, for those seeking reflection and a slower pace.

Amanda Bond leads walks with intention, offering a chance to reconnect with the land and rediscover an inner compass. Pilgrimage is an ancient practice of mindful walking: a deliberate slowing down to reconnect with nature, meaning and self. Jersey is surrounded by old sanctuary trails, sacred standing stones, dolmens and monastic sites that offer a deeper sense of place and a chance to step out of daily busyness. A pilgrimage invites reflection, reconnection and spaciousness.

Amanda has guided mindful, nature-connected walks and immersive experiences since 2015, and brings direct personal experience of pilgrimage, both in Jersey and on routes on Dartmoor, in the South of France and in Cyprus. Her work is grounded in her own ongoing practice of walking these pathways, dolmens and sacred sites for her own wellbeing and connection, so the experience is rooted in lived practice rather than theory. Participants are offered a sensory experience of Jersey's ancient landscape.

As the British Pilgrimage Trust notes: "In an age defined by mental health challenges, rapid digitalisation, environmental anxiety, and spiritual searching, pilgrimage provides a compelling practice as an answer—offering a meaningful, holistic, and embodied way to navigate personal and collective transformation."
