This exclusive tour with a member of Bohemia's kitchen brigade explores the markets of St. Helier and the produce Jersey has to offer. Starting at Bohemia restaurant, the guide leads guests around St. Helier Market and the Fish Market, explaining the island's produce and offering different goodies to sample along the way.

Guests meet some of the suppliers for Michelin-starred Bohemia restaurant and see their fresh offerings. On the way back the tour stops at local wine merchant Dunnell's to sample its Jersey Pink Granite gin as an aperitif, before returning to Bohemia to see how the team of chefs prepares a three-course lunch in one of the highest-rated restaurants in the United Kingdom.

The tour is available on Thursdays and Fridays. It starts at 10:30am and lasts approximately 90 minutes, followed by lunch, which can be taken at leisure from 12 noon. It costs £119.00 per person, with a minimum of two people.
