Visitors pick their own pearl from a shell in the Akoya Pick-a-Pearl experience. Each guest chooses an Akoya oyster, then learns about their pearl and what makes it unique as the team grades it with them. Customers can then pick from various setting options to have their own jewellery made there and then.

There is a range of silver and gold settings to choose from, and guests can watch as the team sets the pearl on the spot. The experience suits those celebrating a birthday, anniversary or Jersey holiday. The team helps grade the pearl and provides a certificate of authenticity.

Pendant, charm and ring settings are available for the pearl (sold separately), letting visitors create a memory they can wear, starting from £44.
