Snorkelling Lesson & Guided Tour

A 1.5-hour snorkel lesson and guided marine life tour at sites around Jersey, with all equipment included and suitable for beginners aged 8 and over.

Experienced instructors and guides lead this snorkel lesson and tour. The session lasts 1.5 hours and includes an explanation of the equipment used, breathing techniques, positioning in the water, and a guided tour to spot marine life. It suits beginners as well as experienced snorkellers and is tailored to the group. Those who can already snorkel are taken to one of the snorkel trails or other locations. Sessions run at a variety of sites, so visitors should check the location they are booking.

Equipment, including a mask, a snorkel, fins and a wetsuit, is included. Anyone who would prefer to buy their own mask and snorkel to keep, for a better fit, can tick the add-on box at the end of the booking.

Participants must be at least 8 years old, and those under 18 need a parent or guardian's signature. All participants must be able to swim.

Tour locations include Bouley Bay, Gorey, St. Catherine, Rozel, Portelet, Beauport and L'islet. The location is specified for each session, so it is worth checking beforehand.
