It then goes behind the scenes in the winery to explore the grape-to-glass journey, with tastings of the award-winning Bailiwick Red, Sainte Marie White and Perquage Rosé. The tour continues into the distillery to uncover the craft behind the estate's Jersey Royal Vodka and Jersey Gin, finishing with a tasting of 'Pomvie', Jersey Apple Brandy Luxury Cream Liqueur and some sweet Jersey treats.
