From curing and slicing our own bacon, cooking our own pies (with our own secret recipes) and offering a wide range of ready foods made daily on the premises, we offer something quite different. In addition to some of the tastiest meats you will find on the island, we carry many local products and produce; including The Fresh Fish Company, Jersey Sea Salt, Vermont Farm along with chilled meats, cheeses and smoked salmon.
