Make time for a little stillness this November. Carrie Atkinson Bodywork & Yoga hosts an intimate evening of sound healing on Tuesday, 17 November, 18.30–19.30, at Eve Studio, Royal Square.

Guests settle into gentle grounding, crystal singing bowls and soothing chimes in a cosy, candlelit space – an hour to pause, unwind and simply be. No experience is needed.
