The Biltong Experience
at The Smokey Shed by The Smokey Shed Ltd

A three-hour smokehouse session with charcuterie, drinks and a behind-the-scenes look at biltong making, where guests season their own piece to dry
Visitors discover how The Smokey Shed makes its biltong, make their own, and enjoy charcuterie in the tasting room, with complimentary refreshments throughout.
For three hours, The Smokey Shed is given over to the group.
Guests settle in with a drink, enjoy a generous Smokey Shed charcuterie board and learn how proper biltong is made inside the working smokehouse.
Neil takes guests behind the scenes and shows how things are done at the Shed, and then each guest prepares and seasons their own piece of biltong to hang in the drying room.
Questions, tasting and getting involved are all encouraged.
Please note: each event needs a minimum of 12 people to run. If this is not reached, a full refund is issued.
