Kazz from Wild Adventures leads an immersive wild food foraging experience in the landscapes of St Ouen, introducing the variety of edible and medicinal foods found across the island's countryside and coastline.

The session explores the wilds of St Ouen, taking in the scenery, spotting local wildlife and learning how to identify a selection of wild edible and medicinal plants.

The experience then heads to the coast, following the tide and shoreline in search of seasonal finds. Participants discover edible coastal plants, seaweeds and shellfish, while learning about the natural environment of St Ouen's Bay.

It finishes around a beach fire, where some of the foraged foods are prepared and the group learns more about their nutritional and health properties.

Suitable both for newcomers to foraging and for those already interested in wild food, it is a fun, hands-on way to connect with Jersey's landscape and discover what nature has to offer.
